Since 2011, we have dedicated ourselves to serving the Brazilian community and others in the region. Our bilingual services, courses and children's programs underscore our commitment to inclusivity and community service.

 

Two institutions are fundamental to carrying out this mission: the Brazilian Community Service and Creche Ephphatha.

Brazilian Community Service

​

BCS offers food distribution, translation services, dental care, vaccinations, cultural events and assistance with school registration.

 

Our partnerships with the Department of Health, King County, Lake Washington School District and the Mexican Cultural Center have made us a benchmark for service and excellence. As the first institution to serve the Brazilian community in the Pacific Northwest, BCS's efforts were recognized in a ceremony by the Kirkland City Council.

Ephphatha Nursery

​

Ephphatha Daycare is a Christian daycare center operated by church members. It fulfills a key aspect of our mission to positively impact children and families to create a stronger, more loving community.

​

Our city of Woodinville is officially designated a child care desert. As a reflection of our commitment to embodying Christian values in our community, Ephphatha meets a vital need in the region.
